תוספת שקיבלתי בדואל:
As far as I know, the average wage calculation does not take into account
income from a business, neither does it take into account the unemployed. So
average wage means average wage of those in employment. My suggestion for
linkage is that the unemployed should be taken into account. Otherwise
unemployment can increase, people are getting poorer, and the average wage
may be unaffected or it may even go up, for example when low paid wokers
become unemployed.
